Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Valencia, 13 June 2009
There are forty ways to cook arroz Valenciana. I don't think any one would dare stuff with so much rice. There's no harm however in indulging in Valencia's almost-too-beautiful buildings and monuments.
Looking north towards Plaza del Ayuntamiento, visitors are rewarded with a magnificent tableau of architectural genre ranging from gothic to art deco. Going eastward where land meets the Mediterranean, it becomes almost out-of-this-world.

but, in general, horses are more sensitive to moldy or musty hay than are cattle or sheep. Mold and musty odors are often a factor in the marketing and pricing of hay that is bought and sold.
